Lindsey’s decade-plus of litigation experience in court spans from jury trials to appeals. Her cases involve a variety of civil matters with an emphasis on complex, high-asset domestic litigation for families facing difficult situations.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and Texas (inactive) and multiple appearances before the Western District Court of Appeals.

Past President of the St. Joseph Bar Association-2020

Co-author of the Missouri Bar’s 8th Edition of Family Law, Chapter 23, entitled “Trial Practice” and the Missouri Bar’s 7th Edition of Family Law, Chapter 14, “Tort Liability and the Family Relationship” Cumulative Supplement.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

Lindsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston Honors College in 2005 and her law degree in 2009 from Regent University in Virginia.

Lindsey is an inductee in the University of Houston’s Speech & Debate Hall of Fame. While on the college speech and debate team, she won numerous awards, including BestSpeaker at the State Championships. During law school, Lindsey served on the MootCourt Board and earned the high distinction of Best Speaker at the Moot Court National Championships.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Lindsey serves on several community boards, including the Noyes Home for Children (LUBA), the Capital Improvements Program for the City of St. Joseph, and the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of St. Joseph.

She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Legal Aid of WesternMissouri, which provides civil legal assistance to those most in need and least able to afford it.

Lindsey and her husband, Josh, are active in their church where they serve and teach faith formation classes to adults.
