Ed Murphy is a native of King City, Missouri and was born on
October 1, 1954. He received his undergraduate degree from William Jewell College (B.A., summa cum laude, 1976) with studies at Oxford University, Oxford, England. Ed received his law degree in 1979 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Ed is very involved in the community where he was a member of the Board of Education for the School District of St. Joseph and coached youth sports teams year-round and was an active leader in his church. Ed and his wife Cheryl reside in St. Joseph with their three children.

Michael L. Taylor is a native of Blue Springs, Missouri and was born on November 2, 1954. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1979. Mike received his law degree in 1982 from the University of Kansas. Mike received the Lon Hocker Memorial Trial Lawyer Award in 1989 for his outstanding litigation skills and results. Mike is very involved in the community, his church and has served on many local charitable boards. Mike and his wife Janet reside in St. Joseph with their three children.

Areas of Practice: medical malpractice, complex commercial cases, product liability claims, personal injury actions, wrongful death claims and complex divorce litigation, including disputes involving substantial marital estates and custody litigation

Kenneth E. Siemens is a native of St. Joseph, Missouri and was born on September 27, 1967. He received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Missouri at Columbia (B.S.B.A., summa cum laude; B.S. Acc., summa cum laude, 1990). Ken received his law degree cum laude in 1993 from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Ken is very active in the community as an officer and volunteer with the Pony Express Council of the Boy Scouts of America, as a volunteer at his church and as a youth coach. Ken and his wife Sarah reside in St. Joseph with their two children.

Joseph W. Elliott is a native of North Kansas City, Missouri and was born on December 8, 1958. He received his undergraduate degree from Evangel College (B.A., magna cum laude, 1980). Joe received his law degree in 1983 from the University of Missouri at Columbia. Joe is very active in his church and the community as a participant on various civic boards in St. Joseph. Joe and his wife Marlene reside in St. Joseph with their two children.

Benjamin S. Creedy is a native of Springfield, Illinois and was born on April 25, 1976. He received his college degree from the University of Montana (B.S., 1999). Ben received his law degree from the University of Kansas in 2004, becoming a member of the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Ben and his wife Erin reside in St. Joseph with their two daughters, Isabelle and Ella Mae. Ben is very active in his church.

Nancy Potter is a native of Northwest, Missouri and was born on November 10, 1980. She received her undergraduate degree from William Jewell College, Liberty, Missouri in 2003 (summa cum laude) and her law degree from the Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, Missouri in 2008 (Order of the Coif). Nancy is active in her church and in the community and serves on the YWCA of St. Joseph Board of Directors.
